Requirements
•With at least five to eight years advertising industry experience with some experience of marketing and sales
• Understanding of the new ideas, competitor activity and variety of the campaigns
• Have proven experience as a senior account director with variety of account groups or large accounts
• Excellent financial and commercial skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
