PURPOSE
To direct and lead individual brand relationships and the account team to meet client
and agency objectives. Maximise the account to identify additional revenue
opportunities for the agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Owns, leads and directs individual brand relationships
• Understands the clients' business to deliver appropriate solutions and to identify
additional revenue opportunities
• Represents and embodies the agency philosophy of "uncommon common sense" to
the client
• Builds and maintains effective client relationships to meet account objectives
• Lead and manage a pitch team to success
• Lead brand/advertising projects from brief to completion

COMMERCIAL AWARENESS
• Responsible for implementing the agency's financial best practice across individual
brands
• Reviews account profitability and p&l on a monthly basis to ensure efficiency of
spend
• Oversees that everything done by the client team is legal and paid for

STRATEGIC INPUT
• Leads and shapes the creative process with an clear view of brand strategy
• Demonstrates a good working knowledge of research methodologies for the account

CREATIVITY
• Create the environment to enable the agency to deliver world-class creative
solutions on individual brands (as measured by hard and soft criteria)
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with the creative teams and the
creative director
• Defends agency creative work with the client

Team management
• Manages motivates and develops the team
• Sets goals and provides feedback to develop the team and to improve the quality

of output
• Builds collaborative relationships across the agency
