A unique opportunity exists for a strong Sales/Business Development Manager to join an innovative Digital Agency in Sandton, Johannesburg. The NXT Sales/Business Development Manager will be responsible for personal, direct or indirect sales efforts to develop profitable relationships and achieve revenue targets for NXT defined by the Sales Strategy.

Your job will include the following outputs but will not be limited to:
• Attaining Revenue Targets for NXT, through Sales and Business Development
• Create and manage an external and internal Pipeline
• Assess, evaluate, establish and develop additional sales and business opportunities and revenue by Positioning NXT to new potential clients as well as allocated key accounts
• Produce the weekly Sales/BDM Report including actual sales, pre-sell activity and pending sales
• Report back to Business with detailed minutes and actions post meetings
• Follow , manage and adhere to NXT Methodology ( process )
• Overall Client ownership and Business Development
• Take complete responsibility and accountability for client and deal / project signed
• Be an expert at recognizing and properly identifying key issues that are impeding the project's progress as they arise
• Initiate strong revenue ideas
• Utilise your network to open doors
• Create Sales presentations and any other collateral
• Develop Client Proposals
• Contribute and participate in company workshops and Sales sessions

Requirements
• Matric essential
• 2-5 years Sales/Business Development experience
• Digital Marketing or Account Management Experience
• Sales/Business Development/ advertising diploma preferable
• Computer Literate
• In depth strategic knowledge of Digital, Social Media and mobile industries
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and 'people skills'
• Target Driven
• Customer Focus: The Sales person/BDM must be adequately skilled to ascertain certain client requirements that can be accurately solved with the products/services offered by NXT

Advantageous
• Can contribute and creates successful Sales Strategies, achieving revenue targets
• A solution selling approach must be followed and the ability to close high level opportunities
• Strong Commercial Aptitude: The Sales person/BDM must be able to analyse opportunities for their operational and commercial viability
• Adaptability: Each Client's situation is different and unique and The Sales person/BDM must be able to be creative and adapt to each situation in order to close the target business
