The position of Financial Manager exists in our Johannesburg office. You will oversee a team of seven individuals. You will report in the Group Financial Director (Cape Town based) and work closely with the senior team in Johannesburg.

Your main position objectives and critical performance areas include:
Ensure timeous billing of WIP
Ensure that all production is billed in accordance with client terms of business
Ensure all cost overruns on jobs are immediately brought to the attention of the relevant production manager
Ensure regular closure of jobs and credits due to clients
Working Capital Management
Budgeting
Forecasting
Monthly and annual reporting
Maintenance and improvement of balanced scorecard measures and reporting systems
Day to day management of the accounting function
To meet monthly accounting deadlines.
