Senior Account Manager (sales and client relationships management)

BASIC FUNCTION
Sales - Sell in-store media advertising space
CRM - Maintain and build relationships with new and existing clients
Travel nationally

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
Achieving no less than 75% of your GP sales target per month
proven increase in revenue share (i.e. increase GP of campaign)
Management
managing multiple campaigns and the daily operations and logistics of each campaign
managing and monitoring the support staff from conceptualization to completion of each campaign
management of all internal and client documents e.g. client booking sheets, deadline schedules, space review, quoting, purchase orders and invoicing etc.
developing systems and procedures to be implemented by support staff where necessary (with management approval)
Supply regular feedback and post campaign reports to Grapevine management and clients
Managing the entire process of each campaign from start to finish
Marketing and publicity
input into the monthly PR of the business, supplying relevant information to ensure the success of PR
Development
input into modifying and developing the media space so as to be more profitable and impactful for advertisers. Ensure
that the medium is up to date with new industry developments.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Retail Sales Track Record with proven Sales Track Record
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in retail environment
B Com / Sales / Marketing Degree or equivalent beneficial
Extensive experience in Excel and Power Point
