A growing and dynamic advertising agency with a very tight knit team requires an individual who will have no problem fitting in with this driven and dynamic group.

Duties incl:
-Liase with clients and other agencies with regard to CRM Digital strategy, software integration, Brand ambassador interactions and consumer journey.
- Deployment project management
- Inter-agency liaison
- SMS and email copy writing - newsletters, event invitations and surveys
- Social Media campaign internal agency briefs
- Content compilation
- Deployment reporting
- Project management of software maintenance and upgrades
- Monitor and track the effect of revised business logic
- Data reporting
- Efficient handling and resolution of client queries
- Client and inter-agency liaison and presentation
- Management of data capture and entry
- Fielding of Brand Ambassador queries
- Reporting on growth and segmentation of consumer databases
- Survey reporting and loyalty scoring
- Updating the website galleries with past and upcoming events
- Running competitions and data enrichment programs
- All activity on websites and deployments is tracked, ensure that all data is collated for monthly presentations to client.
- Candidate will work closely with Account Director
Interact with and write briefs for production team
- Collation of documents for client meetings.

Requirements
- Two to four Account Manager exp.
- Copywriting skills and a good command of the English language
- Research skills
- Track record of technical/ software project management
- Ability to collate and present database reports
-Ability to iniate and follow process
- Ability to communicate well - client interaction
- Strong understanding of the online environment
-Ability to work well within a team an a fast learner.

Advantageous
Experience in the management of CRM, digital and consumer databases is preferable.
