About the Internship

1. Support to the client services team
* Work with a world-class group of strategists, software engineers and account managers in creating the next generation of digital products.
* Assist the client services team in planning and managing digital campaigns from Brief, through budgeting/costing, planning, development and delivery.
* Assist the client services team in the day-to-day client liaison through meetings and written correspondence.
* Preparing Agendas and Notes/Actions for client and supplier meetings.

2. Digital Content Management
* Content management and testing activities across client web and mobi portals.

3. Relationship Management Campaigns
* Support customer relationship management campaigns including email and mobile campaigns.

4. Social Networking and Blogging
* Assistance with social media blogging and networking as required.

5. Administrative support
* Assume administrative tasks and office management tasks as required

Advantageous
Minimum of a marketing diploma
