To support the PBB Africa Marketing research team to meet business needs by the analysis and interpretation of market research data from commissioned research and relevant market research databases.
To ensure the maintenance and storage of data from primary studies, commissioned and syndicated, is appropriately stored and recorded.

Key Result Areas
• Support the Market research team of PBB Africa by analysis and collation of data on surveys.
• Provide stakeholders with full and comprehensive graphic interpretation of the results of surveys.
• Handling of data tabulation and statistical analysis of syndicated and bespoke market research using market research tabulation software.
• Assist the Manager, marketing research with the planning nad delivery of bespoke Primary research projects.
• Effectively run data queries and extractions as per business unit request and package these in order to provide insights into the business problem at hand.
• Maintenance of databases to record and extract marketing research data efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure availability and accuracy of specified data and information sources.

Requirements
• Matric with a HG in mathematics.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or business.

Experience
• Minimum two years working experiences in a data analysis or market research environment.
Preferably in a marketing research company.

Personal Skills/Attributes
• Broad understanding of the business marketplace and competitive environment.
• High level of computer proficiency required.
Must be fully competent in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Previous experience in survey analysis an advantage.
• Ability to analyse data, identify problems in data, determine possible solutions and select the best solution.
• Ability to uncover more simple ways of doing things.
• Co -operative and listening skill and a great explorer of information.
• Ability to communicate effectively, when interpreting and explaining data and information.
• Ability to interpret data and construct output for distribution.
• Good communication skills .
• Team orientation .
• Responsible with sensitive information.
• Ability to question, probe and clarify information in a diplomatic manner.
• Attention to detail is critical, must be methodical and organized.
• Must demonstrate an understanding of basic statistical principles.
