Supervise creditors and be responsible for the full cash function
· Full cashbook function
· Nominal cheque payments and EFTs
· Daily cash flow recon
· Inter-company and branch transfers
· Manage Cash Flow and Needbank (EFT) system
· Overseas, royalty, FSOC and ad hoc payments
· Complete and pay statutory returns (PAYE, UIF, SDL, VAT)
· Liaise with bank
· Supervision of creditors areas
· Review creditors reports and recons
· Assist with problem recons
· Prepare month-end schedules

Requirements
· Relevant completed diploma/degree
· Five years creditors control and supervisor experience
· Proven track record
· Proficiency in Word, Excel, and general knowledge of Accounting Packages
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
· Highly numerate
· Team player
· Ability to delegate, motivate, train staff and take ownership for subordinates' work
