This purpose of this job is to manage a team of people to provide experiential marketing services to a blue chip customer like Unilever, Vodacom, Danone, Colgate etc. a professional and cost effective way. Must have an understanding and passion for experiential marketing as we are market leaders in this field.

Requirements
Key responsibilities include:

• Management and achievement of company standards
• Set and monitor clear performance objectives for all team members and ensure they are achieved
• Co-ordinate the teams activities and frequency of account contact to meet standards of service required
• Act as a central point for effective communication
• Translate the client strategy into an agreed annual plan to achieve short and long term objectives
• Ensure effective completion of areas on administration including store listing, booking sheets, training documentation, special reports and each individuals expenses
• Monitor, control and report expenditure against all financial budgets assigned to the business
• Provide input and take responsibility for areas forecast
• Maintain visible productive relationships with customers and trade
• Mange third party agencies

Requirements:
• Appropriate tertiary degree or diploma would be an advantage
• Five years marketing and management experience
• Previous brand management and FMCG sales/marketing experience an advantage
