• Ensure the effective completion of the campaigns administration including, booking sheets, wage sheets, report sheets, picking slips, courier manifest, recon from warehouse, filing.
• Data capturing; report sheets, stock report and any other special reports.
• Recruit promoters and maintain a accurate database as per company standards.
• Book promoters for training and ensure promoters fit the client brief and campaign requirements.
• Training: Book training with training department. Ensure products are available for training session as well as training manuals.

• Book and Manage promoters, so that defined levels of service quality to customers are achieved in the most professional and cost-effective way.
• To recruit, lead, motivate and maintain a database of promoters in order to deliver campaign and promotional objectives.

Key Outputs:
• Ensure the effective completion of the campaigns administration including, booking sheets, wage sheets, report sheets, picking slips, courier manifest, recon from warehouse, filing.

• Issue of stock: Picking slips, recon from warehouse,returns,courier picking slip, courier manifest.
• Stock report: confirm store levels with store manager if required..
• Call promoters on promo day to ensure they are instore, record and report back to manager.
• Management and achievement of TCC standards
• Maintain visible productive relationships with promoters and trade.
• Manage all company assets and ensure accurate use of promotional material.

Qualifications:
•Minimum matric school leaving certificate
•Previous promoter experience.
