Requirements
• Advanced experience in PHP, XHTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, MySQL, J-Query, Ajax, XML, Linux, Opensource technologies (Joomla, Wordpress, OSCommerce etc.), Social Media, Content Management Systems, Web 2.0 technologies
• Experience in database design / architecture / development methodology /
• Experience in programming according WC3 standards and browser compatability.
• Capable of contributing to team, but self sufficient and proactive enough to manage own projects.
• Capable of developing projects from brief and can take them to completion.
• Able to accurately predict project deadlines, set out project phases and complete work according to deadline.
• Client Relationship: Excellent management of relationships. Prompt response to email and / or other queries.
• Maintain Quality Management Systems including …
Formulating step-by-step documentation on relevant client processes (includes how client info should be saved on the server)
Formulate waterfall documentation on work-flow processes
Formulate a ‘developer's manual
• Possible Management Role - oversee and manage small team of developers.
