Our client, a well-established company that specialises in one-to-one relationship management, brand activation and viral marketing, is looking for a CRM Account Manager with at least four years experience in account management at a CRM-focussed agency.
The applicants must be able to develop, design and implement strategic CRM solutions for a variety of accounts. And must have experience implement measurement and evaluation plans, as well as data segmentation strategies, and conduct desktop and face-to-face research.

Requirements
Four to five years Account Management experience at a CRM agency.
A clear understanding of multi-faceted CRM channels
A tertiary diploma / degree
Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
Strong client service skills
Innovative, strategic thinking abilities
