Responsibilities:
Key management of select client base
Compose and execute online technology strategic plans and implementations across client base to accomplish client and business strategy
Interface with relevant internal and client stakeholders to accomplish business and implementation strategies
Provide online, strategic and business insights to clients and the rest of the company
Responsible to meet and exceed budget objectives as per revenue plans
Responsible for establishing business opportunities within the existing account base in order to contribute to the growth of the organisation, and meet / exceed revenue objectives
This is achieved by:
Maintaining daily contact with clients to build relationships and communicate goals, measure progress, and maximise performance for Acceleration online practice areas.
Analysing of campaigns and projects to improve quality of service and assess customer needs, resulting in a 100% customer retention rate
Facilitating knowledge sharing sessions within company inducing passion and motivation amongst internal staff, and to ensure clear communication channels, and empower team players with client and local industry knowledge
Supplying clients with online marketing and technology insights, by keeping up to date with current international trends through various online resources, including but not limited too, RSS feeds, blogs, newsletters etc.
Managing monthly budgets; responsible for reaching set targets
Implementing and managing technical projects and strategies

Requirements
Tertiary education
Preferably three years work experience
Skilled in resource allocation and capacity planning
Strong business/commercial / marketing acumen
Skilled in the formulation and execution of marketing plans
Good understanding of technology and project implementation
Results/performance oriented with ability to measure effectiveness and business value of specific sales/marketing campaigns
Personal Skills/Attributes
Highly motivated and a proven self-starter
High levels of personal accountability
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with deadlines and pressure
Ability to translate both marketing strategies and technology implementations into ROI
