Purpose of the Role:
To support the HHP Marketing Division with the following main functions:

Coordinate and administrate expenditure with marketing staff
(expenses vs. return on investment).
Upload all Campaign requests, execution orders and payment requests within set deadlines and close off all completed campaigns.
Analyze financial data, interpret and report.
Report on a weekly basis:
o Campaign and budget status.
o Stock Rate of sales by key operator and key channels.
o Maintain division’s budget control sheet (Accurate spending according to budget allocation).
Report on a monthly basis:
o Return on Investment by campaign.
o Account target vs Actual.
o Financial report.
Preparing of Reports.
Control of Budgets.
Implement a deal calculator for easy deal calculations.
Evaluate financial reports for HHP Division and set weekly finance meeting with financial division to ensure process flow.
