Assist account manager on all aspects of each project such as:

-Type briefs, contact reports, status reports
-Formulate quotations
-Co-ordinate invoicing
-Do all necessary filing
-Liaise with studio on each job in progress
-Do all production related work on each job
-Project Management
-General administrative duties

Applicant must:
-Have a matric
-Course in design or marketing
-Fully computer literate and skilled in programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook
-Must be willing to drive to various distances
-Be willing and able to work long hours if necessary
-Be fluent in English
-Pay attention to detail
-Great people skills is a must and need to extend to coping with high demands and expectations
-Be able to multi-task and work under pressure
-Superb telephone manner and personal excellence
