Qualifications and requirements:
MCSE with Exchange is preferred although other qualifications such as a BCom
Informatics degree with experience in the required fields would also be considered.
The company will only look at candidates who have no less than 7 years working
Experience and less than 5 years should have been spent in a similar role or a similar organization.
A good command of English, both written and verbal is a requirement of the job.
Although not a requirement, preference will be given to candidates who can speak
Portuguese or French.
In this particular role the successful candidate should be prepared to travel up 5 days in a month.

The employee will be responsible for the administration of the The company’s Microsoft Server backbone, Active Directory setup, Disaster Recovery maintenance and rollout as well as the running and management of the The company’s IT support desk which handles internal calls for all The company’s employees.

Role Challenges:
This brings challenges such as the control and maintenance of servers in locations outside of South
Africa over a WAN link.
The support of users telephonically in various regions in Africa.
The control of data flow and design of replication strategies for our applications and servers will need to be carefully thought out to fit in with our infrastructure strategy.
