HR Consultant
We are looking for an energetic, assertive and independent person with a strong retail orientation to be part of the HR team. The successful incumbent for this challenging position will be responsible for the training and development of Head Office and Field / Store staff.

Your functions would primarily involve:

• Training needs assessment, development, implementation, evaluation
and assessment of training processes, and maintenance of an
effective administration system
• Co-ordinating, facilitating and presenting various training and
development interventions
• Close communication and involvement with the Operations Team
regarding the full range of HR focus areas:
 Succession planning
 Performance Management
 Counselling
 Customer Care
 Skills Development
 Employment Equity
• Frontline Industrial Relations advice on general IR issues
• Guidance on the interview and appointment process
• Preparing, implementing & managing the Workplace Skills Plan
• Participation In human resources projects and initiatives

Qualifications
