Responsibilities
• Manual user interface testing
• Execute tests according to a test plan
• Create new test plans
• Setup automated test scripts
• Execute automated testing software
• Report defects in issue tracking system
• Test desktop as well as web-based applications
Requirements
• Matric
• Advanced knowledge of Windows essential
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of computer networking required
Advantageous
• Software testing experience
• Database experience and knowledge of SQL
• Previous programming experience or web design experience
• Knowledge of computer hardware
